Return & Exchange Policy.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery as long as it meets the conditions below.

Return Conditions (All Returns)

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories

  • Item must be free of water exposure, sand, salt, odor, damage, or signs of use

  • A receipt/order number is required

If an item is returned used, damaged, missing parts, or without packaging, the return may be denied or subject to a restocking/repair fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return:

  • Custom-built or personalized items (custom colors, special orders, tuning by request)

  • Clearance / Final Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened or used (example: mouthpieces, certain wearables)

Scuba Equipment (Important)

 For safety and liability reasons:

  • Scuba regulators/BCD components must be unused and not submerged

  • If gear shows signs of use or water exposure, it may not be eligible for refund

Refunds (How It Works)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after inspection (bank processing times vary)

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong item

  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking

Exchanges

If you need a different size/color/model:

  • The fastest option is to return your item and place a new order

  • If you want us to do a direct exchange, contact us and we’ll confirm availability

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and photos of the item + packaging
    We’ll make it right with a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

 How to Start a Return (RMA)

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you want to return

  • Reason for return

We’ll reply with return instructions and the return address. Do not send returns without approval. Unapproved returns may be delayed.

Domestic Shipping: Costs calculated at checkout. Expedited options available.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS. Customs duties/taxes

are buyer's responsibility.

Special Notes: PO Boxes via USPS, APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Report within 48 hours for damage, 2 days for lost items.

Observed Holidays: No shipping on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.
