Orders & Payments

1) How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your payment is processed.

 

2) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and any express checkout options shown at checkout (ex: Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay).

 

3) Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Contact us ASAP at Ibel.p@nexdive.com with your order number. Once an order ships, it can’t be canceled.

 

4) Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable tax laws.

 

Shipping & Delivery

5) How long does shipping take?

Most in-stock orders ship within [1–3 business days]. Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

6) Do you offer free shipping?

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. If available, you’ll see it clearly at checkout.

 

7) Do you ship internationally?

Yes.

8) How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.

 

9) My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it what do I do?

First check around your delivery area and with neighbors/building staff. If it’s still missing, contact the carrier. Then email us at Ibel.p@nexdive.com we’ll help with next steps.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

10) What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within [30] days of delivery, as long as items are unused and in original condition/packaging.

 

11) Are there items that can’t be returned?

Yes. The following are typically non-returnable (unless defective):

  • Used scuba equipment

  • Clearance/final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom/personalized items

  • Opened hygiene items (mouthpieces, etc.) if applicable

12) How do I start a return or exchange?

Email Ibel.p@nexdive.com with your order number and what you’d like to return/exchange. We’ll send instructions.

 

13) Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is [customer-paid / covered by us] unless the item arrived defective or we made an error.

 

14) What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

 

15) Do your regulators/equipment include a warranty?

16) Can you help me choose the right regulator/BCD/mask?

Absolutely. Email Ibel.p@nexdive.com with your height/weight, experience level, where you dive (fresh/salt), and what you’re looking for—we’ll recommend the best setup.

 

17) Do you sell parts and accessories (hoses, mouthpieces, etc.)?

Yes—availability varies by brand and color options. If you don’t see what you need online, reach out and we’ll check inventory.

 

18) Do you offer regulator servicing?

Yes.

If yes: We offer inspection/service options for certain models. Contact us to confirm your model and turnaround time.

 

19) Are your products authentic?

Yes. We only sell genuine products sourced through approved channels.

 

20) What’s the best way to care for my gear?

Rinse thoroughly with fresh water after every saltwater dive, dry out of direct sun, store in a cool place, and service according to manufacturer schedules.

 

Apparel & Sizing

21) How do I choose the correct size?

Use the size chart on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we recommend [sizing up for a looser fit / sizing down for a tighter fit] depending on the style.

 

22) Do your shirts run true to size?

Most styles run true to size but fit can vary by item. Check the product description and size chart.

 

23) How do I wash and care for apparel?

Turn inside out, wash cold, mild detergent, and hang dry or tumble low. Avoid ironing directly on graphics.

 

Discounts, Promotions, & Wholesale

24) Do you offer discount codes?

Yes—when available. Codes must be applied at checkout and typically can’t be combined unless stated.

 

25) Do you offer wholesale or retail partnerships for dive shops?

Yes. If you’re a dive shop or instructor interested in carrying products, email Ibel.p@nexdive.com with your shop name, location, and what you’re interested in.
