This Warranty page applies to NEX Underwater Products equipment purchased through SuperDiver911.com (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1) Warranty Overview

Most NEX Underwater Products items include a manufacturer’s limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal recreational use. Warranty coverage can vary by product category (regulators, BCDs, gauges/instruments, accessories, etc.). The exact terms for your product are determined by NEX Underwater Products and/or the documentation included with your item.

2) What’s Typically Covered

Manufacturer limited warranties generally cover:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

  • Failures that occur during normal use and proper care

  • Issues verified by inspection as a warranty-related defect

3) What’s Not Covered

Warranty coverage typically does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear (O-rings, mouthpieces, hoses wear, cosmetic finish wear, etc.)

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper storage, or improper maintenance

  • Damage from accidents, impact, sand/silt intrusion, corrosion from improper rinsing, or exposure to chemicals

  • Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or service performed by non-authorized technicians (where applicable)

  • Damage from using incompatible parts or accessories

  • Lost/stolen items

  • Commercial or rental use (unless specifically covered by a separate program or agreement)

4) Service & Maintenance Requirements

Some life-support equipment (especially regulators) may require periodic inspection and/or service to maintain peak performance. Maintenance schedules and requirements vary by model. Always follow the product manual and recommended service intervals.

Note: Routine service and maintenance are not the same as warranty repairs and may not be covered under warranty.

5) Who Is Eligible

Warranty coverage generally applies to:

  • The original purchaser, or the product owner as defined by the manufacturer’s warranty terms

  • Products purchased from approved/authorized sales channels (as required by the manufacturer)

  • Products with a valid serial number (if applicable) and proof of purchase

6) How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty request, please contact us and include:

  1. Order number (if purchased from SuperDiver911.com)

  2. Full name + email + phone

  3. Product name/model and serial number (if applicable)

  4. A clear description of the issue

  5. Photos/video showing the problem (and the full product if possible)

  6. Your preferred return/shipping address

7) Inspection, Repair, Replacement, or Credit

After the product is evaluated, the manufacturer (or service center) may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace the item with the same or comparable model

  • Provide an alternative remedy allowed under the warranty terms

8) Shipping Costs

Shipping policies can vary depending on the claim and the manufacturer’s decision. In many cases:

  • You may be responsible for shipping the item to the service location.

  • If the claim is confirmed as a warranty defect, return shipping may be covered (depending on the warranty terms).

We will clarify shipping responsibilities before you send anything.

9) Turnaround Time

Warranty processing time depends on inspection, parts availability, and service center workload. We’ll keep you updated once the claim is in progress.

10) International Customers

International warranty support may vary by region and distributor. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or brokerage charges that may apply.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperDiver911.com is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Manufacturer warranty terms may include additional limitations and exclusions.
